Here’s how the Queens market has changed in just the past month.
I have a quick update on the North Queens market with the latest numbers that you need to know.
In May, we had 263 new listings come on the market from different neighborhoods all over Queens. That’s up from the 210 new listings we saw in April. Pending sales were up as well, from 228 to 240, and closings were up from 154 to 178.
These numbers are showing us the market is moving fast and inventory is selling as quickly as it’s listed.
